Privacy policy
Updated 2026-10-18
This page explains what data DealersLens handles, where it is stored, for how long and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Rev Tech MB (company code 307780627, Lithuania), which also operates the Pixil platform that DealersLens runs on. Send any questions about your data to info@dealerslens.com.
What data we hold
- Account data: your email address, company name and password. We only store a hash of the password, never the password itself.
- Photos: the car photos you upload and the processed results. They may show licence plates and people in the background.
- Usage records: which processing steps ran and how many credits were charged or returned.
Credit payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store card details.
What we use it for
To let you log in, process your photos and keep the results, keep track of credits, and send password reset emails. This is needed to provide the service under our contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Where it is stored
On our own server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, in a data centre in Helsinki, Finland (EU). Password reset emails are sent through Amazon Web Services SES in Frankfurt (EU).
AI processing
For background removal, AI scenes and enhancement, photos are sent to fal.ai (Features & Labels Inc., USA). They receive photos only to produce the result. Transfers to the USA rely on this processor’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Account data: for as long as the account exists.
- Photos and results: until you delete them or the account is deleted. You can ask for deletion at info@dealerslens.com and we do it within 30 days.
- Server backups: 14 days.
Cookies
We use no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Your browser’s local storage only holds your login session and chosen language. The service cannot work without them, so we do not show a cookie banner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data;
- have it corrected;
- have it erased;
- restrict its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- object to its processing.
To use these rights, email info@dealerslens.com. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
Changes
We will announce significant changes to this policy by email or on the website.
